Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

2025 Season Registration

Please review our refund policy and print this page for your records as necessary. - Refund requests must be entered prior to league equipment handout. Refund amount will be the program fee minus a $25 payment processing and administrative fee. *Refund deadline for 2025 season: August 7th, 2025 *Fundraising fee is non-refundable. - No refunds will be granted after equipment issue (August 7th, 2025), unless the following condition is met: - A full refund, minus payment processing fee, may be granted for a season-ending injury if request is accompanied by written documentation from a physician. Refund will be issued back to the original form of payment.
