Equipment Provided For Each Player By FM Athletics :

• 1 - Helmet
• 1 - Game Jersey
• 1 - Integrated Football Pants and Belt
• 1 - Shoulder Pads

*Note: Any player who loses their equipment must reimburse FM Athletics $800

Each Player Will Provide Their OWN:

• 1 - Practice Jersey
• 1 - Mouth Guard
• 1 - Pair of Multi-purpose shoes (non-metal or removable cleats, please)
